Typically, stores ship within 1–7 business days. If located near our warehouse, delivery can be even faster—around 1–3 business days.

When declaring a parcel, it is mandatory to provide the item's value and the URL of the online store where the purchase was made. Additionally, you must select the appropriate category or provide a description of your item.

Typically, Canadian online stores accept international Visa and MasterCard payments. Make sure your bank card is authorized for international transactions before purchasing.

From September 1, 2025, Tbilisi express courier delivery will cost 6 GEL for parcels up to 10 kg, 12 GEL for parcels from 10 kg to 20 kg. If parcel weight exceeds 20 kg, the fee is 1.00 GEL per kg (e.g., a 24.7 kg parcel is rounded to 25 kg and multiplied by 1.00 GEL). If the parcel exceeds 20 kg, the service charge is calculated at 1.20 GEL per kg (e.g., a 24.7 kg parcel is rounded to 25 kg and multiplied by 1.20 GEL). Approximate delivery time is 3–5 business days.

When purchasing multiple products online, stores frequently ship items separately as they're unable to organize unified shipping. As we don't have information about exactly what you've ordered, we simply register arriving parcels based on tracking codes.

This depends on the store and shipping speed. Stores usually ship via 5–7 day postal service. Rarely, a parcel might take up to 10 days. Also, please consider that stores sometimes process orders for 1–3 business days before shipping.

If you believe the parcel weight needs verification, please visit our office with your ID card. The parcel will be verified in your presence. If an incorrect amount was invoiced due to any technical error, we will correct the invoice. If you've already paid at this point, we can credit this amount to your balance or transfer it to your personal bank account.

The stated price includes only the shipping cost. If the shipment requires customs clearance, it typically undergoes simplified customs procedures, incurring additional charges: 18% of customs value, a documentation preparation fee of 20 GEL, and a service commission of 20 GEL. CA2GEO balance top-up instructions are simple: in the parcel management panel, click "Balance top-up" and follow the instructions.
Balance top-up occurs via the balance top-up page, using a plastic card.
After topping up your balance, received shipping invoices will be automatically paid. If there isn't sufficient balance to cover the invoice, the system will send you an additional notification.
Please note the payment commission associated with your selected payment method.

Payment settlement between parties for parcels requiring payment must be completed no later than 21 days after parcel arrival. After exceeding this period, storage fees will apply daily, calculated at 15 Tetri per kilogram based on the invoice value of shipping services.

If there's a dispute from the customer's side regarding the delivery of a parcel to our Canadian warehouse by a Canadian courier, the forwarder, in order to support and assist the customer, will carry out parcel tracking and investigation within 2 weeks from receiving the claim. After this period, if unsuccessful, it will be officially confirmed that the parcel has not been delivered to the Canadian warehouse.

Usually, Canadian postal companies frequently perform shipments by ground transportation. In such cases, the tracking code data always reflects the real (actual) weight, while during air transportation, the registered weight can be either actual or volumetric.
If you believe the weight recorded by us doesn't match what you expected, you can visit our office or contact us for verification.

You can declare a parcel after adding the expected parcel information in advance.
When declaring, it is mandatory to specify the product name, price, and sender. You can also upload an invoice, and our artificial intelligence will automatically fill in the necessary fields based on the provided invoice.
After clicking the “Declaration” button, specify the sender store, select the general product category from the list (e.g., clothing, footwear, miscellaneous goods), enter the parcel value, and save it.
If you couldn't declare the parcel before shipment, you can declare it within 7 days after the shipment arrives. In this case, you'll be able to receive the parcel one week after the declaration.
Seven days after the parcel’s arrival, undeclared parcels become state property.
Please note that declaration is mandatory; otherwise, you won't be able to receive the parcel.
