International Freight Forwarding and Carriage of Goods Agreement
Last Updated: March 31, 2026
"KA2GEO" LLC, ID Code: 406463740, hereinafter referred to as the “Forwarding Company,” the “Company,” or the “Forwarder” (Trade name: KA2GEO, CA2GEO), Website: www.ca2geo.ge, Tel: +995 500 222 240, Address: 10b Giorgi and Zviad Ugrekhelidze St., Tbilisi.
AND
The Customer: A physical or legal person who utilizes the forwarding services of the Forwarding Company and is assigned a five or six-digit customer number (referred to as the "Room Number"), which is recorded in the customs documentation upon the arrival of the cargo and in the Forwarding Company's database.
Both parties hereby enter into this Agreement on the following terms:
1.1. The subject of this Agreement is the provision of international freight forwarding services for cargo sent by the Customer and received by the Forwarder from the Forwarder’s warehouses located in Canada and China to Georgia, which the Forwarding Company provides in its own name and at the Customer’s expense.
1.2. Registration of the Company's customer is voluntary and free of charge. Registration is performed on the website: www.ca2geo.ge. The terms of service are public. Using the Forwarding Company’s services constitutes the Customer’s full review, understanding, and acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
1.3. Information regarding the tariffs for the paid services provided under this Agreement is available in the relevant sections of the Agreement governing such services, which the Customer must review prior to ordering a parcel. Information regarding promotional and special offers is available on the Company’s website. The Customer is obliged to review updated information on promotional tariffs and offers published on the said page before ordering a parcel.
2.1. The volumetric weight of a parcel is calculated using the formula: ($Length \times Width \times Height / 6000$ — in centimeters).
2.2. The cost of transportation from the Company’s warehouses is calculated based on the greater of the volumetric weight or the physical (scale) weight. The billable weight prices and arrival times are as follows:
Air Freight from Canada: 9 USD per 1 kg, payable in GEL at the commercial USD buy rate effective on the date of payment. Delivery within 10 business days from the date of shipment.
Air Freight from China: 12.5 USD per 1 kg, payable in GEL at the commercial USD buy rate effective on the date of payment. Delivery within 14 business days from the date of shipment.
Land Freight from China: 4.5 USD per 1 kg, payable in GEL at the commercial USD buy rate effective on the date of payment. Delivery within 35 business days from the date of shipment.
In the event that the volumetric weight exceeds the physical weight, international transportation rules apply, requiring payment based on the maximum value between the volumetric and actual weights.
2.3. From September 9, 2025, to September 1, 2026, a special promotional offer is in effect: the cost for air freight from China is 11.75 USD per 1 kg, payable in GEL at the commercial USD buy rate on the date of payment.
2.4. Payment must be made exclusively via the payment methods specified on the www.ca2geo.ge website. Failure to do so will result in delays in payment confirmation and parcel receipt.
2.5. Weight is rounded to the nearest 100 grams. For boxes, a 9 mm margin of error is allowed on each dimension when calculating size parameters.
2.6. Settlement between the parties for billable weight parcels is carried out after the arrival of the cargo, no later than 21 days. After this period, a storage fee of 0.15 GEL per kilogram per day will be charged based on the invoiced value of the forwarding services.
2.7. The Customer shall pay the amount calculated for each specific freight shipment based on the invoice issued by the Forwarder.
2.8. In the event of an outstanding balance on the Customer’s account, individual parcels will not be released until the debt is fully settled.
2.8.1. If the Customer has a total debt exceeding 500 (five hundred) GEL on the Company portal, the Company is authorized to suspend the delivery process of any parcel until the debt is fully covered. This authority applies to parcels already arrived in Georgia, those in transit, or those received at the China and Canada warehouses. The Company reserves the right to withhold cargo and cease further transportation stages until the balance is fully topped up.
2.9. The Company is not obliged to contact the Customer in advance of shipping the cargo/parcel, regardless of its size, weight, or estimated transportation cost. All parcels arriving at the Company’s foreign warehouses will be shipped automatically based on the data indicated on the parcel’s identification label.
2.10. The Customer acknowledges that the receipt of a parcel at the warehouse automatically implies its transportation to Georgia. Advance payment for transportation may be requested by the Company at its discretion, though it is not an obligation. The Customer is responsible for estimating the weight/size of their parcel and ensuring a sufficient balance on the portal.
2.11. The Customer confirms full responsibility for the weight, volume, and contents of the ordered cargo. Any parcel arriving at the Company's warehouse with the Customer's room number is considered authorized by the Customer for shipment. The Customer provides unconditional prior consent for the transportation of cargo of any weight and undertakes to reimburse the full transportation cost according to the invoice.
3.1. Prior to the dispatch of a shipment, the Customer must provide the Forwarder with relevant information regarding the parcel/cargo and perform a complete declaration. Otherwise, transportation to Georgia cannot occur. The Customer must also provide instructions necessary for the preparation of transport documents and information required for customs and other formalities. Furthermore, the Customer must provide necessary documents to verify the accuracy of such information.
3.2. For dangerous or fragile cargo, the Customer must notify the Forwarder in advance regarding the exact nature of the cargo via email and, if necessary, provide safety instructions before ordering the parcel.
3.3. Cargo, the dangerous nature of which was unknown to the Forwarder, may be unloaded, destroyed, or rendered harmless at any time and place without any obligation to compensate for damages.
3.4. The Customer is obliged, if required by the nature of the cargo, to have it packaged in accordance with transportation requirements.
3.5. The Customer is obliged to inspect the contents of the parcel before receiving it. Claims regarding damage after leaving the office will not be considered, and the Forwarding Company assumes no responsibility for damage or shortage of products within the parcel.
3.6. In the case of a damaged or opened parcel, the Customer is entitled to refuse receipt and notify a Company representative. If no representative is present at the branch, the Customer must contact the hotline and must not remove the parcel from the branch until the matter is resolved. Once such a parcel is opened or removed from the branch, the Forwarding Company is released from liability regarding the quality, defects, or shortages of the contents.
4.1. The Customer may use courier services: Express Courier within Tbilisi and Regional Courier services throughout Georgia.

7.8. If a parcel is not picked up from the Georgia warehouse within 30 days, the Company exercises its legal right of lien and may dispose of or retain the products.

8.10. A parcel is considered delivered only if it has a "Delivered" status on the carrier's website and is confirmed by a document with a mechanical or electronic signature.
8.11. If a carrier shows "Delivered" but the parcel does not appear on the Customer's portal within 24-48 hours, the Customer must initiate a "Tracer" with the carrier. The Forwarder is not liable for parcels not physically received at the warehouse despite the carrier's status.
8.13. The Forwarder is not responsible for parcels delivered outside business hours or left at a "DOCK" without a signature.
8.15. The Forwarder does not verify the weight of incoming parcels against carrier labels unless the parcel is damaged.
