General Refund Policy

Thank you for using our service. Our goal is for every customer to be satisfied; however, there are certain cases when a refund may be possible.


1. General Refund Policy

A refund is only possible if the service has not been provided or the parcel has not been delivered.
A refund cannot be issued if the service has been fully or partially completed.


2. Refund Request Deadlines

A refund request must be submitted no later than 7 business days after the payment.
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment (to the card or to the balance).
Processing a refund may take 5–10 business days.


3. Unused Balance

Funds in the customer’s personal balance are non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances.
The balance can only be used for CA2GEO services.


4. How to Request a Refund

A refund request must be sent via email to: info@ca2geo.ge, and must include the following:

  • Full name of the customer

  • Transaction details (date, amount)

  • Reason for the refund


5. Company Rights

The company reserves the right to decline a refund if the service terms have been violated.
CA2GEO reserves the right to change the refund policy and terms at any time.
